Over the last two months of his life, Vincent Van Gogh painted 10% of his work at Auvers sur-Oise, more than 80 paintings and 64 drawings. He seems to have outdone himself, walking 15 kilometers a day with his equipment to hunt down his subjects, exploring painting to revolutionize, unknowingly announcing what the twentieth century reserved for us in this area.

An artistic performance that exhausts him both physically and morally and leads to suicide at age 37. Today, Van Gogh’s fame is global: he is the most popular painter, his works are distributed in thirty-two museums, three of his paintings are among the most expensive in the world.
