Thierry’s Ark, for the well-being of the animals
Running Time: 52'

About 500 dogs, cats, horses and cattle have been rescued in the AVA (Aide aux Vieux Animaux), a singular shelter located in Normandy and created by Thierry Bedossa, a kind-hearted veterinary and a behavior specialist. Most of these animals have been saved from euthanasia on account of their age, disability or aggressiveness. This documentary follows the everyday life of this shelter unlike any other, whose priority is the well-being of its animals and where healers, trainers and ethologists unite their skills. By telling the stories of some of these animals, this film will make us wonder about their role in our society and, at the same time, about our own humanity.
