Meeting with a gifted child of baroque. Born in Avignon, the musicologist, harpsichordist and conductor, Christophe Rousset spent his childhood in Aix-en-Provence. Originating from a family of sports enthusiasts, he was the only one who liked music. His obsession with the past pushed him naturally towards the harpsichord. The founder of the group “les Talens Lyriques” speaks about his career, his first prize at the competition of Brugge, his studies in Holland, his choices, Baroque aesthetics and his dream to be a singer.
